In this role, you will curate personalized stays for our distinguished guests by preparing and coordinating suites, anticipating needs, and delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.

The Starting Rate: $20.50 / Per Hour + Tips

The Day-To-Day:

  • Prepare suites prior to guest arrival, including coordinating room service setup and any special guest requirements
  • Provide food and beverage service to designated suites, coordinating orders with the Room Service Manager on duty to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are maintained in superior condition at all times
  • Maintain accurate property information through daily use of the talent portal, email, and other communication channels
  • Maintain the butler pantry and equipment in accordance with company standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of prior relevant experience, preferably in luxury resorts, private estates and fine dining
  • Bilingual in Asian languages preferred
  • Experience handling authentic Fine China and other fragile dining ware
