Key responsibilities Participate in training classes covering insurance policies and claims processes Review and document 1st party property claims under supervision, gathering information from various stakeholders Establish accurate damage assessments for building and contents losses and maintain records in claim management systems Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license where required by state law Valid driver's license Bachelor's Degree and previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn claims management software
