Responsibilities Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters Host open houses and support listing marketing efforts Schedule and coordinate property showings to ensure a seamless client experience Provide accurate property details and gather client feedback after showings Participate in team lead generation activities and follow-up systems Attend weekly trainings, team huddles, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions Deliver consistent professionalism, strong customer service, and accountability Stay informed on local real estate market trends and inventory Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
